Error 10001 when Installing Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 on a Windows 2003 Server 64 Bit, in the Citrix XenApp / Presentation Server forum on BrianMadden.com

I have received the following error when performing the install of Presentation Server 4.5 on a Windows Server 2003 64 bit version. I found the following documentation from citrix. http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX108888
This here doesn't seem to be working either, Could someone lead me in the right direction? Should I try and update the msi installer file?
This must be completed by monday guys.
