can we run Citrix License and Terminal Licenses in single server.

please help on this topic.

Assuming your running Windows Server 2003, then yes you can run them both on the same server. Have a look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/301932 for some points about license server discovery when its not hosted on a domain controller (since you didn't specify it was a DC, I'm assuming your talking about a member server).

Terminal and Citrix license will work on single server ok. can you please explain how its will work on a single server.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean how will it work on a single server that is also the only PS server in the environment?

yes your understand is correct. my question is how will be the both licensing service work on single windows 2003 server.

Configure Terminal Services Licensing and set the registry key in that KB article to point it directly to that TS licensing server.

Install Citrix licensing and configure Presentation Server to point to it as the licensing server.
