I have a series of clients, that for some odd reasons become disconnected from the server that they utilize.
The issue is that the servers have other people logged into them that do not experience this issue. The clients who are are in varying states of operations, some are idle, some have the connection minimized and others are entering information. The issue is that they lose connection at random, some times it happens other times it does not, I have looked else where with little luck. This is causing me major headaches, the only things that I have control over are the servers and some of the Client machines and even then the issue at times persists.
I am at the end of my rope on this one, the only thing that I have yet to check is the Internet itself. This is my issue in and of itself, no matter where I am able to look I am unable to find a cause that does not point back to the internet.

Check the logs in the firewalls, you might find there the disconnections.

No, the Active sessions have no time out settings.
Additional I checked the Firewall first and foremost. It is in the manual to check that first for
all CCNAs. But Thank You.
