Licence Count Decreases, in the Licensing forum on BrianMadden.com

Hi all!

Bizarre one this. We have got some alerts in our Licence Managemnt Console reporting that we need to apply our Subscription Advantage Licences as they have expired. I have downloaded all of the required licence files but when I apply them our licence count goes down!

The licence count has gone down from 858 to 710! What has caused this to happen? Am I applying duplicate licences that is causing this to occur? How do I know which ones have already been applied?

In the MyCitrix pages, should the Subscription Advantage Licences all have the same licence code??

Hope someone can help as we need to get this sorted out.

Luckly the licence server is a virtual server so I was easily able to roll back to a state prior to the licence additions.

I have taken a copy of the virtual machine and started it up off of the network.

Had a similar issue a few years ago.  It required me to call cupport, 1- 800-4 CITRIX (248749) option 2.  Took several attempts before they could sort out the licensing status but ultimately this licensing audit eventually got us the ability to download the correct file from MyCitrix.
