I'm running what appears to be the 64-bit installer of Presentation Server 4.0. Under the MetaFrame Presentation Server directory there's a 64bit_Readme.htm. But when I run the install it wants to put it in \Program Files (x86). According to Task Mangler the installer is running in 32-bit mode. I've checked our other 64-bit PS servers (built before me) and lo and behold, all the Citrix executables are running in 32-bit mode. Is this normal, or do we have bogus media? I haven't found anything in Citrix' kb to tell me that its 64-bit server is really 32-bit.

That's normal. Not all the Citrix components are fully x64 bit compatible. If you poke around the x64 thread I believe there are posts in there about it in more detail.
