I have installed two multifunctionals (nashua 3545) on my XP workstation. One as a network printer, the other as a local attached printer. When i start an application in a citrix session (program neighborhood agent 10.100.55836), i can see and use both printers. So far so good.

The network printer is autocreated with all the configured settings and works fine. The problem is that the local printer is autocreated with default setting instead of settings i configured locally on my workstation. I'm not able to use the extra features (additional papertrays etc.). Because of insufficient permissions i'm also unable to configure the autocreated printer in order to get access to the extra features.

We are using W2003 with CPS 4.0

Any help with solving this problem will be appreciated.

TIA

Is the AutoCreated printer getting the correct driver or defaulting to the Citrix UPD?
