We have a published application that continues to crash with the error 'faulting module rsintcor.dll, version 4.5.3267.0, fault address 0x00009d21' i have done a search for this file on the server and found that it resides in the c:\program files\citrix\system monitoring\agent\core directory leading me to believe that it is not actually the application causing the issue, but is citrix related.

Normal path of searching google has come up blank (three results), as well as references to this file here, has anyone seen this issue before? It only seems to be this one application having the issue with this file

Hi Chetan,

If you could zip up the .dmp file I can take a look at it for you. If its not generating a dump file you can use ADPlus from Microsoft to create a dump file when it crashes. With that we might be able to see whats causing it.
