We run ps4 on 2k3 x64 and have noticed that close to 10 users have same client name. I belive this is one of the reason why at times some users get other users print job but that is another issue on its own so any body has any suggestion for resolving this issue. Let me know if you need more info.
The sessions and therefore printing are controlled via the Session ID, so I don't think this will be it. Start by confirming that the users can only see their own printers and if they see more, lock down the permissions.

I have seen this problem when the client devices (usually PCs) are cloned after the ICA client has been installed. The client can be configured to use the computername by default, but if it is not set to automatically update itself, even if you change the computer name later, the ICA client name remains unchanged. And yes, it will cause print jobs to go to the wrong client printer, since they are referenced by device name.
